implementation oversight of the project’s IT-based systems (GIS, TWNMS, AMS/WMS, and related data center components);
IT systems assessment and options analysis;
working with the Systems Architect Designer to identify the best technical solutions;
prepare the IT conceptual design and bidding documents;
draft detailed technical specifications and evaluate technical proposals from Systems Integrator bidders;
oversee the implementation from a user-perspective: verifying that the GIS, network management, and asset management systems delivered meet functional requirements and that data migration or integration is done correctly;
the Systems Analysts must keep an eye on the “bigger picture” of digital transformation, advising UJSC on IT governance, data management practices, and scalability of the solutions for future expansion.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology (IT);
To have at least 10 years' experience in IT system analytics;
Experience of working on projects funded by MDBs (e.g. ADB, AIIB, AFD, EBRD or the World Bank) will be considered an asset.
