Requirements

Experience as an IT Support Specialist, Helpdesk Technician, or similar role 2+ years

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common office software.
- Understanding of networks (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and access rights.
- Understanding of IT security practices (antivirus, updates, backups).
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to write user instructions and maintain documentation.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2)
