Document Control Specialist

Goldwind, a trusted global strategic partner in clean energy, is seeking one Document Control Specialist (Document Controller) for our wind farm construction project in Karakalpakstan, Republic of Uzbekistan.

Responsibilities

• Document Management:

Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems.

Ensure all documents are properly labeled, cataloged, and stored.

Implement version control to track revisions and updates.

• Quality Control:

Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Ensure proper approval workflows are followed before distribution.

• Distribution & Retrieval:

Distribute documents to relevant departments or stakeholders.

Provide timely access to authorized personnel upon request.

• Compliance & Security:

Ensure documents adhere to regulatory and company policies.

Maintain confidentiality and data security for sensitive documents.

• Collaboration:

Work with teams to improve document management processes.

Train staff on document control procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• At least bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, etc.
• Proficient in English, Russian and Uzbek language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Prior experience in a document control role in construction or energy industry, preferably with a MNC.
• Knowledgeable about document management processes and systems.
• Strong communication skill, both verbal and written.
• Strong motivation in learning new skills.
