Lease & Construction Contracting Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Lease & Construction Contracting Specialist to support Korzinka’s ambitious expansion plans. In this role, you will negotiate lease agreements for new store locations, manage construction contracts for store buildouts, and resolve disputes with landlords or contractors. Your work will directly impact Korzinka’s growth by ensuring our stores open on time and within budget.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, confident in negotiations, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with operations and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate lease terms for new Korzinka locations;

• Draft, review, and manage lease and construction contracts;

• Resolve disputes with landlords and contractors to minimize delays;

• Ensure all contracts are compliant with company standards and legal requirements;

• Work closely with operations, finance, and legal teams to support store opening schedules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management;

• Experience with lease contracts is required; construction contract experience is a plus;

• Fluency in Uzbek and Russian (English is an advantage);

• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills;

• Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects simultaneously.
