Description:
As a Business Export Manager for Music & Content Monetization, you will drive the international growth of local music labels, artists, and creative companies by developing monetization strategies across global digital platforms. Your role combines business development, marketing, and creative insight — identifying new revenue opportunities, managing rights distribution, and building strategic partnerships in the global entertainment industry. You will work closely with music platforms, content aggregators, and creative agencies to maximize exposure and income for local talent through streaming, video, and digital licensing.
Essential Requirements:
Fluent English (C1+) – both written and spoken
Proven experience in digital marketing, music distribution, or content monetization
Strong understanding of the global music and entertainment ecosystem (streaming, licensing, royalties, copyright)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership management skills
Creative mindset with strong interest in music, media, and digital culture
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with YouTube monetization, Content ID, and multi-channel networks (MCN)
Familiarity with major music platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, TikTok Music, SoundCloud, and Anghami
Understanding of music publishing, sync licensing, and royalty management systems
Knowledge of analytics and marketing tools (YouTube Studio, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)

Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify monetization and export opportunities for local music and content creators
Manage relationships with international music platforms, aggregators, and distribution partners
Develop and execute monetization strategies for YouTube channels and streaming platforms
Conduct commercial negotiations and secure distribution or licensing deals
Support local artists and labels in registering and protecting their digital rights
Expand international sales and monetization channels for local content
Prepare sales and growth plans, analyze metrics, and report on performance
Provide marketing and informational support for export-focused music campaigns
Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, design, legal, accounting) to ensure proper implementation and compliance
