DescriptionThe MVP & Seed Stage Startups Manager is responsible for supporting startups in the MVP and seed phases — from product validation to scaling and investment readiness. The role focuses on helping founders refine their business models, validate products, connect with resources, and prepare for acceleration and fundraising. The Manager also identifies and matches promising startups with relevant acceleration programs, incubation tracks, and ecosystem partners, ensuring each team receives the right support at the right time.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, economics, innovation, IT, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience working with startups (as a tracker, mentor, accelerator manager, or investment analyst).
- Deep understanding of MVP development, validation, and seed funding mechanisms.
- Proven ability to evaluate business models and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and networking skills.
- Fluent in English and Russian (knowledge of Uzbek is an advantage).
- High initiative, ownership, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Manage and support a portfolio of MVP and seed-stage startups.
- Match startups with relevant acceleration programs, mentors, investors, and funding opportunities.
- Guide founders through product validation, customer development, and traction-building processes.
- Organize and lead pre-acceleration and acceleration activities, workshops, and expert sessions.
- Track and evaluate startup progress; collect key metrics such as revenue, users, funding, and growth indicators.
- Assist startups in preparing for demo days, pitching sessions, and investor meetings.
- Collaborate with accelerators, innovation hubs, and government partners to foster entrepreneurship and discover promising teams.
- Contribute to the development of methodologies, toolkits, and guidelines for startup growth and ecosystem engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience launching or mentoring tech startups.
- Knowledge of Uzbekistan’s and Central Asia’s startup ecosystems.
- Familiarity with lean startup, agile, and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience in investment readiness, venture capital scouting, or deal flow management.
- Ability to design and deliver training or educational programs for founders.
