🎯 What You'll Own
As Lead BD, you won’t just do outreach — you’ll build and drive our commercial strategy forward. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who wants to own the pipeline, build relationships, and help grow the company.
Your mission:
Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from cold outreach to closing
Build and qualify pipeline across fintech, Web3, and platform verticals
Refine outbound strategy for new products (wallets, onramps, etc.)
Work directly with the founders on pricing, proposals, and pitches
Collaborate with product/compliance teams to shape go-to-market
🛠 What You Should Bring
1–3 years in B2B sales or business development (fintech/crypto strongly preferred)
Experience owning the pipeline and closing deals
Strong outbound logic: sequencing, targeting, personalization
Self-managed, resourceful, and accountable to results
Fluent in English (spoken & written); other languages a plus
Bonus: Experience in the payments space (PSPs, processors, neobanks, etc.) or WEB3
