An international FMCG company (operating in a restricted-promotion segment) is seeking a Brand Specialist to support brand management and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of brand strategies based on market data and consumer insights
Assist in planning and launching new products: gather trend data, coordinate packaging design, and support sales forecasting
Monitor and analyze competitor activity, pricing, and brand performance
Conduct marketing analytics (Nielsen, Retail Audit): track sales, market share, and promotion effectiveness
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management; ensure database accuracy (SKU, pricing, market share)
Participate in field brand quality control: collect consumer feedback, evaluate POS materials, and monitor shopper behavior
Coordinate cross-functional communication between marketing, sales, and production teams
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or brand support roles
Understanding of pricing principles and product lifecycle management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
