We are looking for a Business Development Specialist at Intercity, who will drive initiatives to enhance incident management and driver quality control processes, ensuring accurate reporting and enforcement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and validate hypotheses that support business growth, contribute to strategic planning for safety and quality, and analyze the market and competitors to shape the development strategy for the CIS region.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and support initiatives aimed at improving incident management processes for Intercity.
- Perform quality control of incident procedures to ensure accurate detection and reporting of incidents within inDrive.
- Launch and support initiatives focused on quality control of drivers, including warnings, bans, and other enforcement measures.
- Generate and validate product, marketing, and operational hypotheses related to safety and quality within cross-functional teams to support business growth.
- Contribute to strategic planning for safety and quality improvements.
- Analyze the market and competitors to help shape the development strategy for the Intercity vertical in the CIS region.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the mobility and/or tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working with numbers and applying a data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Proven ability to organize effective collaboration across teams in multiple time zones and a good understanding of how cross-functional teams operate.
- Willingness and ability to conduct customer development, generate hypotheses, and validate MVPs.
- Practical, hands-on experience is crucial — we highly value fieldwork and real-world involvement.
- English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.
- Native-level fluency in Kazakh and Russian.
