HR Specialist (Compensation and Benefits)

We are looking for the HR Specialist (Compensation and Benefits) to be a part of our Human Resources team located in Almaty

What We Expect:

• Participation in a project on automation of HR processes
• Participation in preparation of budget, forecasting personnel costs, monthly reporting on factor analysis of deviations in/implementation of payroll
• Participation in the salary review
• Development and revision of current policies and procedures
• Preparation of monthly reports on HR indicators, headcount and staff costs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, complex formulas)
• English - Upper Intermediate and above
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, HR or Data Analysis
• Strong multitasking, analytical skills
• High attention to detail, stress resilience, and ability to work independently
