Client headquartered in Germany is a leading Full Service Payment Provider operating across three continents.

We are seeking talented and technically skilled individuals to join our Minsk office as Customer Support Specialists, assisting German- and English-speaking clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written proficiency in German and/or English, supported by certification

• Work in the office

• Comfortable handling phone calls and quick at understanding information and situations

• Proactive, communicative, and results-oriented

• Customer-centric with a passion for helping clients

• Experience in chat and email communication

• Previous customer support experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Full-time position (40 hours per week), working from 9 am to 6 pm

• Processing incoming inquiries from end customers via email and phone

• Managing complaints, troubleshooting, and providing detailed email responses to resolve issues

• Handling inquiries from external institutions by email or telephone
