A leading IT company specializing in the development and support of information systems is opening a new strategic role — Commercial Director.
We are looking for an experienced leader who can build an effective commercial strategy, drive sales and marketing, and take the company to the next level in the FinTech sector.
Develop and implement the commercial strategy considering long sales cycles;
Build and expand the partner ecosystem (banks, microfinance institutions, payment systems, integrators);
Manage the Sales and Marketing departments, set KPIs, and establish motivation systems;
Lead strategic negotiations with top management of key clients and close major contracts;
Take full responsibility for P&L, budgeting, and profitability control of the commercial unit;
Represent the company at industry events and position it as a recognized expert.
5+ years of experience as a Commercial Director or Head of Commercial in B2B, preferably in FinTech or banking;
Proven track record in selling complex, customized IT solutions;
Strong skills in strategic planning, P&L management, and sales process development;
Ability to build long-term relationships and negotiate at C-level;
Knowledge of digital banking trends (BaaS, open banking, APIs, payment solutions, AI technologies);
Higher education (MBA preferred);
Fluency in Russian and Uzbek; English is an advantage.
