About the Company:
An international FMCG company is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to drive the adaptation and execution of marketing strategies in Georgia and Armenia, ensuring strong support for sales and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Adapt and implement local marketing strategy and 7Ps execution plans in line with divisional priorities.
Maintain a 12-month activity grid by country/channel/key customer.
Manage product portfolio, including launches of new products.
Execute TPR strategy and BTL activities, organize events and promotions.
Implement global initiatives aimed at increasing engagement with top customers.
Ensure best-in-class in-store visibility (POP execution).
Support business planning processes: annual, monthly, and new product plans.
Participate in customer meetings, presenting and defending marketing plans.
Analyze promotion efficiency and provide recommendations based on sales data.
Monitor market trends and competitors to support profitable growth strategy.
Requirements:
2–3 years of marketing experience (preferably FMCG) and collaboration with sales/customer development.
Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Google tools.
English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
University degree.
Experience in supporting functions will be a plus.
