We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR – CIS to lead and drive the human resources strategy across our operations in the CIS region. This role is pivotal in aligning HR practices with business objectives, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and fostering a high-performance culture across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with global business goals.
- Lead, manage, and develop HR team, ensuring high standards of HR service delivery.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations across all CIS countries.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations.
- Analyse HR metrics and report on key data to support decision-making and identify improvement areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role within a regional or multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation in CIS countries (e.g., Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kirgizstan etc.).
- Proven experience in managing cross-cultural teams and matrix organizations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Fluent in English and Russian; Turkish language is a plus.
