1. Responsible for the establishment of local CRM (Customer Relationship Management System), permission configuration, data synchronization and sales lead closed-loop process support;
2. Participate in the daily operation and maintenance of IDMS (Dealer Management System) and follow up the development needs of headquarters docking;
3. Coordinate the launch, docking and problem closure of WMS (Warehouse Management System) in the warehouse logistics, parts management and other modules;
4. Cooperate with the headquarters IT team to complete the localization configuration, secondary development and user training of SAP system related modules (such as procurement, finance, inventory);
5. Connect the interfaces, permissions, and exception handling of various systems to ensure that the business is not interrupted;
6. Provide IT business support in a timely manner when other departments need it.
Second, the work system and basic operation and maintenance
1. Responsible for the account management, permission setting and common problem handling of Feishu, email, VPN and other software systems in the work environment;
2. Regularly check and maintain the working hardware equipment (computers, printers, routers, etc.) to ensure the stability of the working network and end point;
3. Organize and implement IT usage standards and safety operation training for employees to reduce operation risks;
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related.
2. Experience: At least 3 years working experience in SAP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.).Experience managing IT projects and cross-functional teams.
3. Language: Good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required.
4. Skills: Deep understanding of SAP modules relevant to the company’s operations. Experience with system implementation, upgrades, and integrations. Knowledge of databases, networking, and enterprise architecture (depending on the scope).
5. Knowledge: SAP Certification(s) in relevant modules. PMP or PRINCE2 (for project management roles). ITIL Foundation (for service management roles). Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
6. Computer skills: proficient in design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) and office software.
