Team Lead (Middle+) — EdTech

About the Project

• We are launching an EdTech platform for high school students aged 17–18, focused on Mathematics and English (preparation for universities and entrance exams: DTM, National Certificate, SAT, IELTS).

  The product includes web and mobile applications (iOS / Android), AI-driven features, a subscription-based model, and complex educational logic.

  We are looking for a Middle+ Team Lead who will take full technical ownership of the project and work on-site in the office.
  
  Responsibilities:

  Technical Leadership

• Design and document the technical architecture of the project (backend, frontend, mobile)

• Make key technical decisions and ensure they are followed

• Conduct code reviews for:

  • backend

  • frontend

  • mobile (Flutter or React Native)

• Ensure code quality, architectural consistency, and scalability

• Actively participate in development (hands-on), especially in critical areas

• Team & Process Management

• Define and decompose tasks together with the Product Manager (PM)

• Estimate tasks, set deadlines, and control delivery

• Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives

• Align with the PM on priorities, timelines, and risks

• Maintain transparency of development progress

• Documentation & Technical Specifications

• Create and maintain:

  • technical specifications (TS)

  • architectural diagrams

  • key technical decisions

• Product Collaboration

• Deeply understand the product and EdTech business logic

• Translate product requirements into technical solutions

• Propose technical approaches to improve development speed and scalability
  
  Requirements:
  Must have

• 5+ years of commercial development experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead / Tech Lead

• Strong backend development experience (Node.js / Python / Java or similar)

• Understanding of frontend architecture (React / Vue or similar)

• Mobile development experience or strong understanding of Flutter / React Native

• Proven experience conducting code reviews across multiple platforms

• Solid knowledge of architectural principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture, etc.)

• Experience working in product-driven teams

• Nice to Have

• Experience in EdTech or subscription-based products

• Experience integrating AI-driven features

• Experience building products from scratch to MVP

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps processes

  Задачи:
  Техническое лидерство

• Проектировать и описывать техническую архитектуру проекта (backend, frontend, mobile)

• Принимать ключевые технические решения и следить за их соблюдением

• Проводить code review:

  • backend

  • frontend

  • mobile (Flutter или React Native)

• Контролировать качество кода, архитектурную целостность и масштабируемость решений

• Участвовать в разработке (hands-on), особенно на критичных участках

• Управление командой и процессами

• Формировать и декомпозировать задачи совместно с Product Manager / PM

• Оценивать задачи, ставить дедлайны и контролировать их выполнение

• Документация и ТЗ

• Описывать и поддерживать:

  • технические задания (ТЗ)

  • архитектурные схемы

  • ключевые технические решения

• Вести и актуализировать техническую документацию по проекту

• Обеспечивать работу команды по актуальной документации

• Взаимодействие с продуктом

• Глубоко понимать продукт и бизнес-логику EdTech-платформы

• Переводить продуктовые требования в техническую реализацию

• Предлагать технические решения для оптимизации разработки и масштабирования
  
  Требования:
  Обязательные!

• Опыт коммерческой разработки от 5 лет

• Опыт работы Team Lead / Tech Lead от 2 лет

• Сильный опыт backend-разработки (Node.js / Python / Java или аналог)

• Понимание frontend-архитектуры (React / Vue или аналог)

• Опыт мобильной разработки или уверенное понимание Flutter / React Native

• Опыт проведения code review на разных платформах

• Понимание архитектурных принципов (SOLID, Clean Architecture и т.д.)

• Опыт работы в продуктовой команде

• Будет плюсом

• Опыт в EdTech или подписочных продуктах

• Опыт работы с AI-интеграциями

• Опыт запуска продуктов с нуля до MVP

• Опыт работы с CI/CD и DevOps-процессами
