Responsibilities
- Develop and manage private label assortment strategy to ensure a balanced and profitable portfolio.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for new private label products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to incorporate into product development.
- Identify and leverage new market opportunities to expand the private label portfolio.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to develop new private label products and oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Develop and establish competitive pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
- In cooperation with the Procurement Manager, build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, negotiate terms, prices and contracts to ensure favorable conditions.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, supply chain, quality control, legal, to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.

- Additional European language will be considered as a plus
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in category management, product management, or related roles within the automotive or e-commerce industry
- Experience in automotive aftermarket or accessory or nonfood or DIY or electronics categories
