Responsibilities :
1.Oversee market analysis, market research, and market promotion activities in the designated region.
2.Establish a comprehensive market management system, including market analysis, research, promotion, and workflow development.
3.Customer Needs Discovery and Satisfaction: Conduct practical market analysis and research to identify and integrate customer needs, propose effective product optimization and enhancement suggestions, and coordinate with relevant departments for implementation.
4.Business Execution: Coordinate overall product promotion efforts, assist in resolving exceptions during the promotion process, and ensure successful business implementation.
5.Achieve daily company-assigned work targets and manage customer relationships.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the express delivery, logistics, or e-commerce industry. Team leadership experience and e-commerce client development experience are preferred.
2. Proficiency in Office software; familiarity with road transport operations and pricing; knowledge of warehousing and transportation service pricing models in Kazakhstan; experience in express delivery operations and leading large-scale projects is a plus.
3. Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
4. Loyal, diligent, meticulous, and entrepreneurial spirit.
5. Existing client resources will be a plus
