HR Executive (Compensation and Benefits Expert)

We are looking for the Human Resources Executive (Compensation and Benefits) to be a part of our Human Resources team located in Almaty

What We Expect:

• Participation in a project on automation of HR processes
• Participation in preparation of budget, forecasting personnel costs, monthly reporting on factor analysis of deviations in/implementation of payroll
• Participation in the salary review
• Development and revision of current policies and procedures
• Preparation of monthly reports on HR indicators, headcount and staff costs

Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, complex formulas)
• English - Upper Intermediate and above
• Labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Experience in C&B – at least 3 years
• Experience in automating remuneration and performance management processes
