Build, manage and develop long-term relationships with key eCommerce Customers in order to achieve targeted sales revenue by developing brands’ online performance
KPIs:
- eCommerce sales value, its evolution and weight in total business
- Gross Sales -> Net Sales -> Gross Margin conversion
- Stock & Service levels
Day by day responsibilities:
- Design, negotiate and implement Joint Business Plans with clients under management
- Establish comprehensive set of commercial and web KPIs reflecting goals of JBP
- Define, synchronize Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales,…) and lead implementation
- Constantly check market opportunities to boost online sales, design and push solutions to catch them
- Supervise overall Customer development and eCommerce Activation
- Gather and analyze clients’ data, extract useful insights, make actionable plans to overcome challenges and strengthen performance

- Deep understanding of eCommerce business, specifics of various type of clients (omni, pure, marketplaces), business models (1P, 3P and its types), leverages, restrictions, prospects
- Ability to make data driven decisions with clear positive business impact
- Both strategical and tactical convenience
- Ability to persuade, effectively communicate within matrix organization and with different type of clients
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of CIS market would be advantage
