Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for store operations on Kaspi.kz and other e-commerce platforms, including product listing, promotional campaign planning, advertising optimization, etc.
Analyze platform data (e.g., traffic, conversion rates) to develop sales strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and after-sales issues, maintain platform ratings and brand reputation (ensure service quality to keep Kaspi.kz return rates manageable).
Monitor e-commerce trends in Kazakhstan (focusing on 3C electronics and high-value categories) and optimize product selection strategies.
Collaborate with logistics partners (e.g., ZAMMLER) to ensure timely order fulfillment (platform delivery timelines: 3-7 days).
Experience in the mobile phone industry or 3C electronics sector.
1-3 years of cross-border or local e-commerce operations experience; familiarity with Kaspi.kz platform rules preferred (understanding of its high average order value positioning and logistics subsidy policies).
Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics), SEO optimization, and advertising platforms (Meta/Google Ads).
Fluent in English and Russian; proficiency in Chinese is a plus (to facilitate collaboration with Chinese teams).
Results-driven with the ability to independently develop and execute sales plans.
Adaptable to fast-paced environments and platform policy changes.
