Opportunity: Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to represent our services and expand our client base. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of B2B lead generation processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in modern tools for identifying and qualifying leads.

NZR creates logos, brand books, key visuals, brand characters, and concepts for packaging, uniforms, merchandise, and retail interior design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching, identifying, attracting, and qualifying potential leads.

  • Generating leads through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, Dribbble, email outreach, cold calling, professional databases).

  • Developing and executing personalized lead engagement campaigns (email, LinkedIn, multi-channel).

  • Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of lead generation efforts to measure success and provide recommendations for improvement.

Role Description:

The Lead Generation Specialist is a fully remote position responsible for creating and executing lead generation campaigns to drive sales growth. Key duties include defining target audiences, lead generation and management, and optimizing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes. The specialist will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure the successful execution of lead generation strategies.

Job description:

  • Searching and selecting projects based on defined criteria on platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, Dribbble, etc.).

  • Crafting compelling cover letters and personalized messages.

  • Achieving target performance indicators (quantity and quality of outreach, conversion rates).

  • Building and maintaining an up-to-date client database in the CRM system.

  • Interacting with potential partners and clients, conducting business correspondence.

  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and production departments.

  • Monitoring and analyzing current industry trends and competitor strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation with a track record of success, preferably in IT outsourcing.

  • C1 (Advanced) English proficiency, sufficient for fluent business correspondence and verbal communication.

  • Expertise in lead generation tools and technologies, including marketing automation and lead nurturing (CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Suite, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of social media and its role in lead generation.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.

  • Proactive, results-oriented, and detail-attentive.

  • Experience in retail or design is a plus.

  • Technical education or experience in other IT roles (copywriting, business analysis) is welcome.
