Cogniteq is a professional software agency. We are developing software for clients from Western Europe and the USA.

We help our partners by providing expertise and resources to develop solutions that stand out and build teams that would be seamlessly integrated into their organisation and infrastructure.

Now our Sales Department is growing and you have an excellent opportunity to become a part of a professional team.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success;
  • Develop positive relationships with clients;
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs;
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks;
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers;
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase;
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Work experience as a Sales/Account manager in IT more than 1 year is a must;
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer experience;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English;
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time;
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude;
  • Spoken English Upper-Intermediate +.
