Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the fintech products and services offered by the company
Be able to explain and demonstrate these solutions to clients on written and verbally.

Provide guidance and advice to clients on how to best utilize our solutions to meet their financial objectives
Recommend specific products or features that align with the client’s goals.
Account Management:
Monitor and manage client’s products and services
Client Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Client Education:
Educate clients on the latest trends and developments in the fintech industry
Provide training on using new tools and features.
Data Analysis:
Analyze client data and financial metrics to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement
Reporting:
Generate regular reports and updates for clients on the performance of their financial accounts
Present financial data and trends in a clear and understandable manner.
Risk Management:
Assess the risk associated with client portfolios and propose strategies to mitigate risk
Stay informed about market and regulatory changes that could impact clients.
Contractual Agreements Management:
Manage contractual agreements terms of business, service level agreements, and other legal documents between the company and the clients;
Ensure that clients are compliant with contractual terms.
Client Retention:
Develop strategies to retain and renew client’s business relationship;
Address concerns or objections, be proactive, conduct research on client’s business needs and goals.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure that all client interactions and data handling are in compliance with financial regulations and industry security standards.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to address client needs effectively.
Market Reserch:
Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape;
Provide insights into market dynamics to help the company adapt and innovate.
English + Russian
Experience in servicing clients / working with people;
Ability to handle challenges in a preferable way;
Interest in blockchain and IT.
