Quality Support Specialist (International Pharm Company)

Register Product Quality Complaints (PQC).

Register Adverse Events (AE).

Enter and maintain information in CRMS (Salesforce platform).

Ensure timely and accurate data entry.

Follow internal Quality procedures and reporting timelines.

Maintain confidentiality and data integrity.

Support GMP/GDP compliance processes through accurate documentation.

Good English communication skills (minimum Intermediate level).

Strong PC literacy and ability to work with corporate systems.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).

Experience in administration, customer service, back-office operations, data entry, or shared services.

Experience handling regulated documentation is an advantage.

Pharmaceutical background.
