Duty Manager (AK KEME HOTEL)

AK KEME HOTEL, a new modern five-star hotel, is looking for a responsible and service-oriented Duty Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a professional with hotel industry experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent English communication skills who can ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts.

• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and service quality.

• Handle guest complaints, requests, and challenging situations professionally.

• Coordinate the work of different hotel departments.

• Monitor compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures.

• Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.

• Support team members and ensure smooth communication between departments.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.

• Fluent English is mandatory, both spoken and written.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.

• High level of responsibility, organization, and stress tolerance.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and make decisions independently.
