Citifuel LLC is an international company operating in the U.S. trucking industry. We provide fuel card solutions and related services to trucking companies and drivers across the United States. Our team operates internationally, with offices and employees in Uzbekistan and the United States.

We are looking for a Punjabi-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team and provide professional support to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Punjabi and English via phone and other communication channels.

• Assist customers with questions regarding fuel cards, transactions, payments, and account-related issues.

• Process customer requests and provide accurate and timely information.

• Identify customer needs and resolve inquiries professionally.

• Handle customer complaints and work toward effective solutions.

• Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.

• Contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Punjabi (spoken and written).

• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems.

• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but is not mandatory.
