Contract Lawyer (On-site in Cyprus)

We are looking for a Contract Lawyer to join our Legal team. You will handle agreements with payment providers, affiliates and marketing partners, and support our Licensing team on contractual matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review agreements with payment service providers and acquirers on payment processing and merchant services.
• Draft and review affiliate agreements.
• Handle marketing, advertising, sponsorship and partnership agreements.
• Review vendor agreements, NDAs and data processing agreements (DPAs).
• Identify legal and commercial risks and propose practical solutions.
• Maintain contract templates and the contract register.

Requirements

• Law degree.
• At least 2–3 years of contract law experience in iGaming, FinTech, payments, IT or related industries.
• Experience with commercial agreements drafted in English.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Fluent Russian.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of iGaming licensing regulations (Curaçao, Anjouan, Malta, etc.).
• Understanding of AML/KYC and GDPR principles.
