Head of Website / Marketing Manager

The recruiting agency Brightman invites a Head of Website.
The customer is an international IT company operating in the IT / SaaS / Tech space, with a strong focus on building and scaling international B2B websites as a client acquisition channel.

Who we're looking for: A hands-on marketing leader with experience developing international B2B websites, preferably in IT / SaaS / Tech. Someone who treats the website as a client acquisition channel, not just a collection of pages.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end website development: strategy, structure, launch of new pages and landing pages, SEO/GEO, growth of organic traffic and conversions.
• Organizing web development and content publishing processes, supporting advertising campaigns.
• Managing a team of SEO specialists, web developers, and other web direction participants.

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of experience in web / digital marketing.
• Proven successful cases of creating or scaling websites.
• Understanding of SEO, paid traffic, CRO, web analytics, and CMS.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with international SEO/GEO.
• Managing distributed teams.
• Developing websites with a measurable contribution to B2B pipeline.
• English B2+.
