The Role

As a Store Management Trainee, you will join our fast track management program in order for you to trained as a "2nd Store Manager (1st STORE MANAGER DEPUTY)".

Program includes:

• Selection Stage: Testing, interviews, assessment center.
• Training Stage: A paid 4-month training in company stores
• Final Exam: Both theoretical and practical assessments

Professional Expertise

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in any sector
• Able to demonstrate financial awareness and a commercial mind-set, continuously thinking of ways to drive sales, manage costs
• Marvelous customer service and interpersonal skills
• Consistently show ability to development, sales-driven and results-oriented
• The ability to solve problems, organize and plan
• The ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
• Willing to relocate to other cities in the country where we are planning to open new stores
