Transportation Logistics Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Organizing and coordinating patient transportation to surgeries and medical procedures
• 24/7 monitoring of medical transportation routes
• Ensuring timely completion of transportation services and handling unexpected situations
• Communicating with dispatchers, medical facilities, and transportation companies
• Analyzing and optimizing routes to improve efficiency
• Providing customer support via the internet and IP telephony

What you need to succeed:

• Experience in logistics or transportation coordination
• Ability to make quick decisions and multitask effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and confident PC skills
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work night shifts and a 6-on/1-off schedule
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Advanced English and Russian ❗️
