Supply Planning Specialist

A manufacturing company is currently looking for a qualified S&OP Planning and Supply Specialist to join its team.

The position requires independent ownership of the S&OP process, a high level of analytical thinking, and a strong sense of accountability. The role requires a proactive approach and the ability to independently identify risks, develop solutions, and coordinate all relevant stakeholders, rather than focusing solely on operational order-processing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process
• Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, including analysis of forecast vs. actual deviations
• Manage demand and supply planning in line with business requirements
• Develop procurement and supply plans and monitor their execution
• Manage inventory levels and product availability
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HQ, and suppliers to ensure alignment of demand, supply, and business plans
• Monitor supply plan execution and product flow
• Prepare analytical reports and develop initiatives to improve Supply Chain efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in planning (mandatory)
• Proven experience in S&OP process management and sales forecasting analytics
• Strong understanding of demand planning and supply planning processes
• Experience working with suppliers and external stakeholders
• Experience in contract management and supporting accounting documentation
• Proficient in 1C and Excel
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
• English level: B2 or higher
