Forwarding Finance Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and verification of invoices, acts, billing documents, and other financial documents.
• Preparation of financial reports for the Forwarding Department.
• Control of costs, revenue, margins, and transportation-related settlements.
• Coordination between the Forwarding and Accounting/Finance Departments.
• Verification of invoices from carriers, agents, and subcontractors.
• Support with monthly financial closing and reconciliations.

​Requirements:

• Experience working with accounting and financial documents.
• Experience in logistics and understanding of rail, road, air, and sea transportation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with large amounts of numerical data.
• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• English - Intermediate level or higher. ​​​​
