Lenty Mortgage is a Dubai-based mortgage advisory company that works with more than 20 banks across the UAE. Our team includes former banking professionals who understand how lenders assess applications and how to structure even the most complex mortgage cases.

We do more than submit documents to banks. We assess each client’s financial profile, identify the most suitable lender, prepare the application and guide the client through the entire mortgage process—from the initial consultation to final approval and property title registration.

Lenty Mortgage is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Mortgage Consultant to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage products offered by UAE banks.
• Assess clients’ income, financial commitments, residency status, eligibility and documentation.
• Identify the most suitable bank and financing structure for each client.
• Manage mortgage applications from the initial consultation through final approval and property title registration.
• Work with salaried employees, business owners, UAE residents and non-residents.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, banks, real estate agents, brokers and developers.
• Keep clients and partners informed of each case’s progress in a timely and clear manner.
• Coordinate with banks and all parties involved to keep transactions moving forward.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage the sales pipeline through the company’s technology platform.
• Deliver professional, honest and transparent client service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in UAE mortgage lending or mortgage advisory.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE mortgage products, bank requirements and approval processes.
• Established working relationships with UAE banks and their mortgage teams.
• Experience managing mortgage transactions end to end, from initial client qualification to completion.
• Ability to structure complex cases, including applications from business owners and non-residents.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confident command of English.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage several active cases at once while maintaining a high standard of service.
