Product Marketing Manager (Fintech, B2B)

B2B fintech company (~60 people) — platform & tech services for banks, fintechs, payment providers, and regulated financial institutions.

The role
Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for our products. Sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success — translating complex fintech tech into business value. Hands-on: strategy + execution.
What you'll do
• Positioning & messaging
• Customer & market intelligence (ICPs, personas, win/loss)
• Competitive intelligence & battlecards
• Go-to-market & product launches
• Sales enablement (decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, case studies)
• Product content & customer stories
• Pricing & packaging support
• Product adoption & cross-sell/upsell
What we're looking for
• 5+ years in Product Marketing / Product Management / Solutions Marketing (B2B tech)
• B2B SaaS or enterprise product experience
• Fintech, banking tech, or payments background — strong plus
• Startup / scale-up experience
• Comfort with APIs, integrations, SaaS/cloud, KYC/AML, payment flows
• Excellent written English & presentation skills
• Commercial mindset (pipeline, win rates, revenue)
