Senior product manager

Magnetto.com is a global digital marketing agency and the largest direct seller of Telegram Ads. We specialize in high-quality, data-driven traffic and measurable performance, helping brands scale efficiently across FinTech, Blockchain, Crypto, Gaming, Apps, Real Estate, e-Commerce, Education, and other fast-growing industries across multiple markets, with a strong focus on LATAM, MENA, and Asia, while actively expanding into other regions.

Our Product team builds the tools and standalone products that fuel that growth — launched from zero, scaled only where they earn it. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own that process end-to-end: someone who moves fast in ambiguity, treats the company's budget like their own, and knows when to push a product forward and when to shut it down.

You will report directly to the CPO and work closely with adjacent teams, with visibility extending from your immediate team to the CEO.

Your Impact:

• Decide which products to build next and make the case for your choice.
• Evaluate the MVP — what is included and what is not.
• Own the product hands-on through to production.
• Collect and structure feedback after launch.
• Decide on further investment, scaling, or shutting the product down.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years experience launching 0-to-1 products, including scaling at least one past initial validation.
• Strong command of product metrics and PM frameworks.
• Daily, fluent use of AI tools in your workflow (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent).
• Marketing or adtech background is a plus.
• You choose your own tools — Notion, a dev tracker, AI tools.
