Role Overview
Product Operations Manager helps the Product Team turn product decisions into well-structured, development-ready initiatives.
The role focuses on product delivery processes, documentation, coordination, research support and operational execution, allowing Product Managers to spend more time on product strategy, discovery, feature design and data-driven decision-making.

Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)
Responsibilities
- support features throughout the product development lifecycle — from discovery to release;
- prepare and maintain product documentation (Jira, Confluence) based on PRDs;
- create and maintain Epics, Stories, requirements and supporting materials;
- help Product Manager to coordinate Design, Engineering, Analytics and other stakeholders during feature preparation;
- maintain Definition of Ready / Definition of Done processes;
- coordinate and contribute to product localization and content preparation;
- support analytics requirements and event documentation;
- prepare competitor and market research based on Product Manager requests;
- track feature statuses, dependencies and blockers;
- maintain product roadmap and documentation in an up-to-date state;
- support release preparation and post-release follow-ups.
What We Expect from You
- 1–3 years of experience in Product, Product Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis or similar roles;
- understanding of software/product development lifecycle;
- experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools;
- ability to structure requirements and large amounts of information;
- strong written communication;
- high attention to detail;
- ability to coordinate several parallel initiatives;
- ownership mindset — ability to identify missing information and proactively move tasks forward;
- English B2+ preferred.
Nice to have:
- experience with mobile products / apps;
- basic understanding of product analytics and event tracking;
- experience with Amplitude or similar analytics tools;
- experience with Figma;
- experience with localization processes;
- experience conducting competitor/product research.
