AI Content Manager

Syntegrico is looking for a proactive, structured, and detail-oriented Content & GEO Specialist to help transform our internal expertise, project experience, and industry knowledge into high-quality, reusable content.

This role is part of the Presales function and involves close collaboration with subject matter experts, consultants, delivery teams, Sales, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will help capture and structure complex knowledge, create impactful business content, and improve Syntegrico’s visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Knowledge Management

• Transform internal expertise, project experience, and existing materials into structured and reusable content assets.

• Create and maintain content such as:

  • Case studies

  • Industry and capability materials

  • Technology content

  • Company credentials

  • Proposal and RFP content

  • Website pages

  • Articles and thought leadership materials

• Interview internal experts and stakeholders to collect business context, technical details, and practical insights.

• Translate complex technical and industry-specific information into clear, audience-focused content.

• Identify undocumented knowledge and turn it into valuable content resources.

• Ensure consistency across all materials in terms of messaging, terminology, positioning, and factual accuracy.

• Adapt content for different formats, including presentations, one-pagers, proposals, case studies, websites, and articles.

• Define content structure, narratives, key messages, and provide clear briefs for design teams when needed.

GEO & Content Visibility

• Develop and optimize content for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-powered search platforms.

• Structure content so it can be easily understood, summarized, referenced, and cited by both users and AI systems.

• Create content based on search intent, buyer questions, and market needs.

• Develop FAQ-style and structured content formats to improve discoverability.

• Identify content gaps and opportunities related to industries, services, technologies, and business use cases.

• Continuously improve existing content based on SEO and GEO best practices, company positioning, and market changes.

AI-Assisted Content Production

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms to support research, drafting, editing, restructuring, and content optimization.

• Build efficient AI-assisted workflows for scalable content production.

• Review and improve AI-generated content using strong editorial judgment.

• Validate facts, terminology, company information, project details, and industry claims before publication.

• Identify and correct inaccurate, outdated, or generic AI-generated information.

Content Planning & Collaboration

• Maintain and prioritize a content roadmap aligned with Presales, Sales, and business development needs.

• Manage multiple content initiatives and ensure timely delivery.

• Build and maintain reusable content libraries for internal teams.

• Review existing materials and identify opportunities for updates, consolidation, repurposing, or retirement.

• Collaborate with Presales, consultants, architects, delivery teams, and Marketing to create accurate and valuable content.

• Support Sales and Presales teams with materials that can be reused in client conversations, proposals, presentations, and RFP responses

  Requirements

• Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• English proficiency of B2 level or higher.

• Experience in content writing, content marketing, technical writing, SEO content, knowledge management, or a similar role.

• Ability to create different types of business content beyond long-form articles, including presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and commercial materials.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms for professional content production.

• Strong research and fact-checking skills.

• Ability to understand complex technical and business topics quickly.

• Experience working with subject matter experts and transforming expert knowledge into structured content.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Understanding of content structure, search intent, keywords, headings, internal linking, and on-page optimization.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

  Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GEO, AEO, AI search optimization, or content optimization for generative search engines.

• Experience creating content for B2B, SaaS, consulting, technology, or professional services companies.

• Experience working with Presales, Sales Enablement, or consulting teams.

• Experience developing case studies, proposals, RFP responses, or commercial content.

• Experience writing content tailored to US audiences.

• Familiarity with CRM and enterprise technology ecosystems, including Salesforce.

• Experience with SEO, analytics, and content research tools.

• Understanding of content performance metrics and digital analytics.
