Junior+ Business Analyst / AI Business Analyst

FIN.by is IT outsourcing company that provides unique solutions in data analytics using Power BI and DWH, web-application development using Java, .NET, Python, JS, Salesforce, develops AI-Powered bots on the WorkFusion, Temporal and N8N platforms to perform various operations, e.g.: processing large data sets, interactions between digital systems etc. The company is an HTP resident with head office in Minsk.

After the successful onboarding (internship) your specific responsibilities will include:

• Gathering business requirements for Web/BI/AI automation projects from a variety of sources and stakeholders in English and in Russian
• Creating documentation in MD format for AI Agents
• Creating, reviewing, and validating various types of documentation, including: functional requirements, VSD, User Stories etc. (60% of the time)
• Writing acceptance criteria and test cases, verifying developed software according to the requirements (30% of time)
• Could possibly be involved in the fast closing procedures (Fast close IFRS Reports preparation), including data processing, analyzing and performing cross-checks (0%-20% of time)
• Proactive communication with team members and Clients

What we expect:
Must have

• Strong Financial/Economic/Accounting background
• Hands-on experience with 1C Accounting/ERP systems
• Finished courses on Business Analysis and/or 1+ year of BA Commercial Experience
• English: B1+ (“Intermediate”) or higher + the ability to communicate exclusively in English
• Analytical thinking and ability to handle large data sets
• Proficient soft-skills, self-organization, responsibility
• Prepared for potential irregular working hours (incl. paid overtimes)

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of RPA, API, AI, N8N, Make software development principles & project management frameworks
• Familiarity with IFRS/US GAAP methodology
• Up to 2 years of professional working experience
• Experience in working with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, VS Code, MS Teams, Figma
