Senior Lead Generation Specialist

We're looking for a lead generation professional who will raise the bar, not just keep the pipeline moving. This is a role for someone who builds the system rather than working inside someone else's - and then scales it into markets where we're not yet present.

a1qa is a software quality assurance provider working with enterprise clients worldwide.

What you'll do

• Build and optimize the lead generation process end to end

• Open new markets - both regions and verticals

• Shape the channel mix: demand generation, ABM, roadshows, industry events

• Work hands-on with lead generation tooling and CRM

• Own funnel analytics and grow conversion stage by stage

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in B2B lead generation and outbound

• Confident, hands-on work with CRM and analytics

• English at B2/C1 or above

• Experience taking a product or a service into a new market

• Confident use of AI tools to scale research, personalization and campaign work

Nice to have

• Background in IT services, software development or QA

• Experience selling into North American or European markets

• Native or fluent Spanish for the LATAM region
