AI & Data Analysis Specialist

We are looking for an AI & Data Analysis Specialist to develop data-driven and AI-powered solutions for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, combine and analyze data from different sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports
• Analyze production KPIs: OEE, productivity, yield, scrap, downtime, quality and plan vs. actual
• Analyze financial, logistics, inventory, procurement, energy, equipment and HR data
• Identify trends, deviations, anomalies and root causes
• Prepare recommendations for cost reduction, process improvement, inventory optimization and operational efficiency
• Automate regular reporting and repetitive analytical tasks
• Apply Generative AI, LLMs and AI tools to data analysis and business processes
• Develop AI-based workflows and AI agents for data processing and analysis
• Explore opportunities for predictive analytics and machine learning
• Present analytical results and recommendations to management and business functions

Requirements:

• Higher education in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel
• Understanding of data modeling and statistical analysis
• Understanding of key manufacturing KPIs: OEE, yield, scrap, downtime, productivity and capacity
• English — Upper-Intermediate or above

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with Power BI
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG
• Experience with ERP, MES, Track & Trace or other corporate manufacturing systems
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs for data analysis, automation or business problem-solving
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG or similar AI technologies
• Experience in developing data pipelines or automated data processing workflows
• Knowledge of forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive analytics or machine learning
