We provide end-to-end immigration support to businesses and private clients, as well as to leading law firms, family offices, banks and investment firms worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Lawyer to join our team on a full-time, office-based basis in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be currently residing in Dubai and have relevant experience in immigration law, preferably in investment migration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal assistance in relation to investment immigration programs;
• Prepare and review documents for citizenship-by-investment and residency applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all stages;
• Manage relationships with external partners and contractors, including translators and notaries;
• Organize the notarization and legalization of documents;
• Coordinate with consular authorities and other relevant institutions to facilitate document requests and application processes, when necessary;
• Monitor the progress of applications and ensure that cases are handled efficiently and within deadlines;
• Communicate with clients and provide clear guidance throughout the immigration process;

Requirements:

• Law degree and relevant experience in immigration law or the investment migration industry;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal matters and provide practical solutions;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients;
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines;
• Native or fluent English;
• Currently residing in Dubai and available to work from our Dubai office on a full-time basis;
