Job Identification

We are looking for Data and Reporting Associate to join the Sales Operations & Capability Dev. team in Almaty.

What We Expect

• Establishing and optimizing reporting systems
• Delivering valuable insights to support decision-making
• Assisting with data cleansing across sales information systems
• Sharing One Number Score and customer reports to increase the Sales team efficiency
• Handle segmentation, OJT follow-ups, and survey tracking

Qualifications

• University degree
• Work experience: 1 year of experience in Commercial sphere
• Language skills: English – Upper Intermediate or higher
• Advanced Excel knowledge, MS office confident user, AI tools usage, Power Bi would be an asset
• Competencies According to the Leadership Competence Model of CCI (IMPACT)
