Technical Support Specialist

Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 11×11, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

Currently, we are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to work with our cross project team

Responsibilities:

• Handling requests from colleagues (artists, animators, game designers, engineers) through the corporate messenger
• Employee onboarding/offboarding: creating and deactivating accounts across corporate systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira/Confluence, GitLab, Perforce, etc.) following checklists
• Managing access rights and software licenses
• Supporting corporate VPN and troubleshooting access to internal resources
• Initial incident diagnosis; escalating to the appropriate team when needed
• Writing and maintaining user-facing documentation in Confluence

What we are looking for:

• Confident Windows troubleshooting skills
• Experience in a technical support / helpdesk role (ServiceDesk or similar)
• Knowledge of network diagnostic utilities (ping, tracert, nslookup, telnet/tnc, ipconfig)
• Experience with Jira and Confluence (user management is a plus)
• Attention to detail — much of the work follows checklists where consistency matters
• Analytical mindset, friendliness, willingness to help
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a team player

Nice to have:

• Experience with Jira administration (projects, permissions, workflows)
• Scripting basics (PowerShell / Python / Bash) and interest in automating routine tasks
