Branch Manager (Marketing and Training)

Looking for dynamic individuals who can to join our team in the following position:

Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
-Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
-Train distributors on marketing, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
-Plan and conduct online training on marketing plans, products, and business opportunities.
-Support distributors with marketing materials, social media, and promotional activities.
-Plan and conduct marketing events, seminars, and product presentations inside and outside the branch office.
-Generate new customers and leads through marketing activities.
-Monitor sales and distributor performance and provide regular guidance and support.
-Ensure all marketing activities follow the company’s marketing plan, policies, and standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Relevant experience in marketing and team management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Kyrgyz (reading and writing required)
