The Data Analytics Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to develop practical analytics skills, gain hands-on experience with modern tools and technologies, and join the company upon successful completion of the program.

Applications are open in Kazakhstan: candidates from Almaty attend the program in-office, while participants from other cities across Kazakhstan can join online.

What we offer:

• 4 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project.

• Full-time — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format designed to help you reach a professional level faster.

• A hands-on approach. You won’t just learn Data Analytics theory — you’ll apply it to real project tasks and business cases.

• Exposure to the full analytics lifecycle. From data extraction and processing to visualization, reporting, and generating actionable insights.

• More than Data Analytics. Learning a second technology is built into the program by default, helping you broaden your technical expertise and better understand how data analytics integrates with software development.

• Employment upon successful completion of the program.

Who we are looking for:
People who enjoy working with data, identifying patterns, exploring trends, and transforming information into valuable business insights.

Requirements:

• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication).

• Basic understanding of programming languages, primarily Python for data analysis and modeling.

• Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Exposure to data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

• Understanding of fundamental statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.

• A desire to grow in Data Analytics and IT.

Nice to have:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Exposure to advanced machine learning techniques and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Participation in academic projects, internships, or hackathons related to data analysis, machine learning, or BI development.
