Product Manager (B2B VoIP Platform)

About the Role
We are looking for an autonomous, technically grounded Product Manager to join our team in Almaty. You will take ownership of key platform flows (from Buy/Checkout optimizations to API and developer tools), bridging the gap between business goals, customer workflows, and technical execution.
We don't expect you to have a telecom background on day one — we will bring you up to speed on the domain. However, we do expect rock-solid product fundamentals: hypothesis testing, end-to-end analytics setup, crisp technical PRD writing, and a proactive mindset to turn abstract problems into shipped features.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Autonomous Product Discovery: Generate ideas, break them down into validated hypotheses, analyze user behavior, and propose well-reasoned solutions.
• Product Analytics & Metrics Ownership: Build and maintain product analytics from the ground up (using PostHog & Tableau). Define feature-level KPIs, build dashboards with the Analytics team, and track post-launch adoption and impact.
• Technical Delivery & PRD Ownership: Write clear, unambiguous PRDs, map out edge cases, and partner closely with engineering and design through delivery and pre-release QA.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a central bridge between Sales, Commercial, Support, and Engineering. Gather internal feedback, validate business viability, and manage expectations.
• Sales Enablement & Feature Adoption: Don't just "ship and forget." Own feature launches by creating GTM collaterals, enabling Sales/Customer Success teams with clear value propositions, and tracking feature adoption.

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Product Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, Cloud, or API/Developer-focused products.
• High Autonomy: Ability to take vague problem statements, figure out the solution independently, and present a structured proposal for alignment.
• Data-Driven & Analytics Pro: Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms (PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and BI tools (Tableau, Metabase). Experience setting up analytics frameworks from scratch is a huge plus.
• Technical Literacy: Comfortable reading API documentation, working with Postman, inspecting JSON payloads, and understanding REST API and Webhooks. (You don't need to write production code, but you must speak the engineering language).
• Flawless English (C1): Fluent written and spoken English. You will conduct client discovery calls, write PRDs, and draft UI copy in English.
• Location: Based in or willing to work hybrid/on-site in Almaty.

Nice-to-Haves (Big Pluses)

• Experience or background in Telecom, VoIP, or Communications APIs (Twilio, Bandwidth, Infobip).
• Understanding of networking basics or coding experience.
• Experience creating sales enablement collateral and running product marketing experiments.
