Junior Lawyer

• reviewing legislation and law enforcement practice and preparing reviews on selected legal topics;

• drafting legal documents (contracts, letters, opinions);

• performing marketing and office-managerial duties;

• translations of documents (mostly Russian-to-English); and

• other standard lawyer's duties

• higher legal education (mandatory);

• bar license or readiness to pass the bar exam in the next 6-12 months and become a local advocate;

• excellent written Russian C1-C2 (based on the graduation of Russian language secondary school; this to be confirmed in the resume);

• skills of Russian-to-English written translation;

• excellent English (B2 or C1);

• Good knowledge of civil and commercial law; and

• familiarity with international corporate ethics.
