Job Purpose:
To manage work schedules and optimize resources for ground handling operations. Responsible for resource allocation, work schedule approval, and compliance with company policies and international regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the RMS system, ensuring accurate and timely workforce and operational data.
• Analyze workforce and operational data in RMS to identify staffing requirements, resource gaps, utilization trends, and operational inefficiencies.
• Monitor and validate RMS data, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across planning and operational records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards on workforce utilization, staffing levels, roster coverage, attendance, and operational requirements.
• Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to support workforce planning and optimal resource allocation.
• Monitor planned versus actual staffing levels and identify deviations, shortages, and overstaffing.
• Analyze operational changes and their impact on workforce requirements, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and update resource planning parameters, employee data, availability, leave, and training information in RMS.

Requirements

• A higher education in economics, management, aviation management, or related fields

• Proficient knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools

• Experience in working with resource planning systems

• Possess skills in processing and analyzing large volumes of data, preparing schedules, reports, and analytical materials

• Have knowledge of production planning and workforce planning principles

• Possess an analytical mindset, attention to detail, planning skills, and the ability to work with operational data

• Possess computer literacy and the ability to use relevant software required for the performance of official duties
