Juru is looking for a Junior System Administrator to join our IT team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day systems and support that keep its staff across our offices working without interruption.

Key responsibilities:
- Helpdesk & User Support: Manage the first-line support queue and resolve hardware, software, account, and access issues.
- Accounts & Access Lifecycle: Handle joiners, movers, and leavers by managing corporate accounts and hardware provisioning.
- Device Setup & Management: Deploy, patch, and maintain Windows and macOS devices ensuring appropriate configurations for standard and engineering workstations.
- Licence Coordination: Oversee software licence activations, renewals, and seat assignments.
- Security & Endpoint Hygiene: Deploy and monitor endpoint security, apply necessary patches, and escalate security anomalies.
- Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain IT documentation and identify opportunities to automate or standardize recurring manual tasks.
Key requirements: - A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
- 1–2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or a junior system/network administration role (internship experience counts);
- Strong knowledge of Windows administration and troubleshooting, including user accounts, permissions, and basic networking;
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, or networking (we run UniFi);
- Any scripting experience — PowerShell, Python, or Google Apps Script;
- Strong communication skills in English; Uzbek and Russian are an advantage;
- Comfort with digital tools and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or a comparable cloud productivity suite;
- Exposure to an RMM or endpoint management platform (NinjaOne, Intune, or similar);
- Experience with endpoint security tooling;
- ITIL awareness or a foundational IT certification.
